Regional System Administrator

Location: Remote in California, Colorado, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Oregon, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, DC

Salary: $105k-$120k DOE

About the Role:

The Regional System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the implementation of Hospital and Medical Office reputed company systems and technology integration. This support includes consulting, assisting & tracking master system architecture for local reputed company Administration teams in order to reputed company logical collective implementation. Provide Contractor/Local reputed company support for programming or bringing systems into operations. Maintain reputed company System Server Software Licensing. Provide liaison for Local reputed company and Systems designers and manufactures. Ensure design/construction projects are consistent with industry best practices as well as National reputed company Standards and National Facilities design Standards, scope, schedule and budgets. Reinforces the direction of Client Systems, and develops relationships with IT, Local reputed company & Contractors to maintain system efficiencies.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

System Planning & Standardization: Assists in the development and facilitate the implementation of the global electronic reputed company system. Development includes concepts, standardization, system topology design, delivery model standards, space allocation, budgeting, installation, and training of staff, operations and maintenance.

New Construction & System Expansion: Provide reputed company program monitoring for new construction and Plant, Maintenance and Renovation (PM&R). Facilitate reputed company consulting and coordination with Facilities, Design and Planning, reputed company Consultants, IT, as well as quality assurance for the implementation of standards during project management activity.

Product Evaluation: Assists in the evaluation of products, programs and services relating to reputed company systems, or other reputed company interests. Review the viability, cost effectiveness, feature comparison, usability, and deployment ability of each product or service.

IT reputed company: Act as an reputed company to the IT department to ensure the needs of both reputed company and IT are represented and resolved.

Reporting

• Generate administrative & investigative reports on demand
• Run specific audit reports on demand
• Assist with Video clip and image recovery reputed company required
• Troubleshooting & Technical Assistance
• Provide technical & troubleshooting support, coordinate problem tracking and resolution
• Coordinate with customer IT department to assist with resolution of IT reputed company problems
• Maintain a log of outstanding hardware and software issues
• Consult technical projects that may have global or interdepartmental impact.

Training: reputed company routine User training as well as on request: CCTV, Video, Alarm Monitoring, reputed company Operations, Access Control Operations Training

Planning & Standardization

• Maintain System Standards in regards to:
• Naming Conventions
• Programming standards
• Segmentation
• Access Group & Level strategies
• Alarm configurations upon request
• User permission levels
• Hardware Configuration
• reputed company semi-annual review of system software licensing and facilitate IT Support
• reputed company licensing audits by comparing existing equipment with licensed devices

System Expansion

• Provide programming, configuration, and testing assistance necessary for reputed company technology expansion
• Administer Lenel user accounts & permissions
• Administer Windows user accounts, permissions, & policies of reputed company equipment that does not reside reputed company client's domain

Maintenance & Health Monitoring

• Monitor reputed company Technology health such as hardware functionality & connectivity
• reputed company and maintain back-reputed company, assist with disaster recovery
• Verify that reputed company correct services are running
• Manage database transaction and error logs
• Review Lenel error log files
• reputed company platform databases size and reputed company
• Audit Windows Event logs
• Assist with software application and service pack upgrades

Documentation

• Maintain documentation of the reputed company system configuration
• Server information
• High level passwords & User permission levels
• Software versions & license numbers
• Equipment configuration & location per Server
• Firmware versions
• Dates that equipment was put into service, vendor of record, and warranty period
• An asset management system shall be used to identify and maintain reputed company system components
• Publish Customer specific programming standards & practices

Procedural Development & System Management

• Program systems so that they are consistent with standards and Kaiser best practices
• Program reputed company parent and child devices using proper naming conventions so that they system trees are consistent and easy to identify
• Program reputed company devices on electronic maps
• Program reputed company alarm points that identify with a camera view with links
• Program reputed company alarms into reputed company groups consistent with standards and client's best practices
• Color identification for reputed company segments
• Response differentiations with sound or notes
• Program each alarm with correct descriptions and response expectations
• Set up Alarm Monitoring with views that are operationally correct for the end user
• System only events that do not need reputed company officer action should be not be seen (e.g. reputed company Remote Release reputed company)
• Program and manage reputed company Card Holder ID data and fields so that everyone is unique in the data reputed company.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years managing a reputed company access control and video surveillance systems and reputed company systems engineering.
• 10 years of systems administration experience, with more that 5 years in reputed company systems technology management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proficient in the use of reputed company Windows Desktop and Server and Client Operating Systems.
• A good understanding of Data Bases (MS SQL)
• A good understanding of low voltage reputed company systems networking technologies.
• A good understanding of cyber reputed company and experience in remediation of cyber reputed company threats.
• Lenel reputed company Systems certified.
• Professional affiliations: International Association for Healthcare reputed company and Safety, American Society of Industrial reputed company
