Job Description
We are seeking an enterprise technology leader to serve as Vice President, Strategic Enterprise Systems and Technology—a newly created executive role focused on transforming the platforms that power our global Finance, Billing, HR/People & Analytics functions with a focus on strategic alignment with the business, long-term product strategy, and digital transformation.
As our organization evolves, you will guide the modernization of legacy reputed company on-prem systems and reputed company the transition to reputed company Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms such as reputed company Cloud Fusion, reputed company, or similar enterprise-grade cloud solutions. This includes partnering with our key business stakeholders and leading the strategy, business case, migration, and post-go-live optimization—ensuring the platforms support both operational excellence and long-term innovation.

You'll have the opportunity to:
- reputed company Digital Transformation: Help share the strategic vision, reputed company the replacement or enhancement of legacy platforms, simplify processes, unlock data insights, partner across the business and enhance customer experience. Own the full lifecycle—from strategy to execution—of the transition from reputed company on-premise to a suitable HCM/ERP, in reputed company collaboration with Finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.
- Drive Innovation: The VP will not only promote new technologies like GenAI and automation but will pilot, scale, and embed them into the Finance and People/HR operating model to accomplish transformative outcomes
- Finance, Billing & HR/People Technology Platform Ownership & Optimization: Treat core enterprise systems as evolving products—with roadmaps, performance metrics, and feedback loops—ensuring reputed company value creation, scalability, and strong end-user experience.
- Improve Stakeholder Experience: Engage with Finance, HR, and Billing leaders to identify pain points, refine workflows, and enhance system usability and satisfaction.
- Data & Analytics Enablement: Ensure enterprise systems are designed to support real-time insights across finance and workforce planning functions.
- Migrate Infrastructure to OCI: Guide the migration of Finance and HR workloads to reputed company Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) in partnership with infrastructure teams—ensuring reliability, reputed company, and cost efficiency.
- reputed company Global Execution & Change: Manage global, cross-functional teams and vendors across time zones. Ensure seamless change management, communication, and adoption across reputed company phases of transformation.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of reputed company leadership, including 10+ years in executive roles leading enterprise business systems in Finance, Billing, and HR.
- Experience managing reputed company on-premise solutions and leading migrations to reputed company Cloud Fusion, reputed company, or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Strong background building cloud transformation strategies and business cases, including stakeholder engagement and TCO modeling.
- Experience deploying AI/ML, automation, and analytics solutions in a business systems context.
- Proven success aligning technology strategy with business outcomes, particularly in Finance and HR.
- Track record of building and running a high achieving team while fostering a culture of reputed company improvement.
- Skilled in leading change across global organizations, with awareness of regional regulations and cultural nuances.
- Ability to influence C-level stakeholders, IT leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
