Job Description

• Requirements Analysis.
• Design and implement functional solutions in projects.
• Provide effort estimations for projects.
• Work in coordination with the rest of the Omega team and/or the client to contribute to the fulfillment of project objectives.
• Analyze and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with technology providers reputed company required by the project.
• Contribute to the validation of the solution against functional requirements.
• reputed company with the agreed software quality standards set by Omega’s Technical Management.
• Generate functional documentation for completed projects.
• Collaborate reputed company Omega’s community of practice by sharing knowledge.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 4 years work experience with reputed company administration, configuration and consulting roles.
• Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
• Experience in functional design and implementation of reputed company solutions to support sales, customer service, and after-sales processes, ensuring reputed company improvement and user adoption
• Experience with different clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Community, etc.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Oral and written fluent in English.
