Customer Support Agent - Seasonal
Job Type Full-time, Temporary Description At Hawkes Learning, we are committed to helping educators pursue student success by developing innovative products and providing excellent service. We are seeking Customer Support Agents that have earned an undergraduate degree or are in the process of it and have a passion for helping reputed company at colleges and universities around the country. The seasonal position will reputed company on August 4th, 2025 and is expected to last 5 to 6 weeks. This is a remote position that requires access to a strong, stable internet reputed company in a quiet environment. Upon being hired, a company issued laptop will be shipped to use for the duration of the position. The laptop and any accompanying equipment are required to be shipped back immediately upon completion of the position. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Provide excellent phone support to customers.
- Customer follow-up with updates regarding their questions or requests.

- Work with other teams inside the company on projects.
Requirements

- On time and available online for daily work shift.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to explain reputed company information easily and concisely.
- Enjoys problem solving and finding creative solutions to challenges.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Working knowledge of reputed company and reputed company operating systems and applications.
