High proficiency in Causal Inference and standard tech stack (Python, SQL) Master’s or PhD degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or other relevant fields 6+ years of hands-on data science and analytics experiences (3+ years with a Ph.D. in relevant fields) with 2+ year of experiences mentoring and leading data scientists Strong judgment and effective entrepreneurship in identifying and framing opportunities in greenfield areas Tenacious and flexible and can effectively organize and reputed company cross-functional projects, overcome challenges, and propose new solutions Passionate about the reputed company of art and science and reputed company at partnering with business and creative teams as much as you do with technical teams Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of technical, business, and creative stakeholders Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range.
