Senior Director, Community Relations

Position Purpose: reputed company and manage the community relations and marketing functions of the health plan in accordance with government and contractual guidelines and the mission, philosophy and objectives of Centene and the health plan.
- Manage the development and execution of local strategies to enhance the Health Plan’s visibility in the community by developing high profile reputed company activities and events, with a focus on grass-roots efforts for Medicaid consumers
- Ensure effective integration of major, service area-wide community relations programs and strategies with local programs, initiatives and partnerships, responsible for maximizing the local impact of the health plan
- Review and analyze reports, records and directives, and reputed company with staff to obtain data required for planning work function activities, such as new projects, status of work in reputed company, and problems encountered
- Actively solicit across the health plan from reputed company inside disciplines reputed company to improve growth and member retention and branding of reputed company product lines
- reputed company and coordinate the marketing and community relations staff’s work flow and communicate established performance standards
- reputed company and ensure compliance with departmental objectives that are consistent with the health plan and corporate objectives
Education/Experience: Requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in public relations, marketing, health administration, social services or reputed company field. 9+ years of public affairs, community relations, or public policy experience. Experience working with ad agencies, community based organizations, public relations firms or member advocacy. Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-reputed company factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status.
