Overview reputed company is currently hiring for a Solutions Architectto support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Veteran's Health Administration (VHA)Intake Team. You will work closely with senior leaders, other architects, business customers, and functional consultants to reputed company strategies tooptimizecurrent and future IT investments and solutions. This includescontinuing acomprehensive review of the reputed company state architecture of the customer’s IT systems, assessment of the reputed company vision and plans, andmaintaininga future state enterprise IT architectureas conditions change. You will work with a small team of Solution architects andother technical staff.The environment is dynamic, and client needs are evolving; flexibility and reputed company-thinking views are important for success. This position will be based in the United States and will be a fully remote position with core hours of operation from Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM ET. Responsibilities Quickly reputed company a holistic view of the organization’s reputed company IT architecture, business operations, in-flight technology modernization initiatives andfuture plans Build a trusted advisory relationship with Customer Technical Directors Build/reputed company technology roadmaps and runways that align with higher organizational strategies and vision Support and defend the Intake process for new work and change requests Monitor/interpret technology memos/policies/directives from higher leadership and recommend approaches Express and defend personal/team dissenting opinions with clarity and diplomacy Proactively and insightfully report/document delivery of value Qualifications Preferred Skills and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or other reputed company scientific or technical discipline 15 or more years of experience managing and providing technical development for reputed company IT organizations, large and small. Additionalyears of experience can be substituted for a degree Mature written, oral, and visual communication with sensitivity to the perspectives, limitations, and needs of different audiences Demonstrated technical management experience Ability to distill/optimize/simplify reputed company concepts, diagrams, and reports for consumption by different audiences Over 10 years’ experience as a technical reputed company or systems or solutions architect Critical thinking Systems thinking Excellent time management Expert Agilist Well versed in DevSecOps culture, processes, measures, and tooling Experience in Visio and PowerPoint Experience in the design of enterprise technology Experience in developing future state architecture Experience in researching as-is architectures Experience in developing and / or supporting feature-benefit analyses Demonstrates ability to tailor recommendations into actionable implementation plans Solid experience with reputed company and other collaborative tools including Teams, SharePoint, Jira, etc. Preferred Skills and Experience : Experience supporting or leading reputed company the Veterans Affair Office of Information Technology, Veterans Benefits Administration, and/or reputed company is a plus SAFe certified orsignificant experiencein SAFe or a SAFe transformation Jira experience Visual remote collaboration tools Clearance Requirements: Must be a US citizen Must be able to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust Clearance Company Overview reputed company is a team of transformerspeople who are passionate about transforming government IT.
