We are looking for a full-time Financial Health Coach with exceptional communication, customer service, and people skills to join reputed company. The right person for this role has a positive disposition and feels eager to learn the job responsibilities. Financial coaching experience is preferred but not required. We provide reputed company training required for this role. We are launching a new program that aims to show the correlation between financial stress and physical health and to explore the health/wealth reputed company. This program will provide those visiting an FQHC (Federally Qualified Health Center) free, confidential, one-on-one financial coaching to individuals receiving services in San Francisco or Oakland. We reputed company residents to open a safe, affordable bank account, establish and build credit, reduce debt, and save money. Our objective is to reputed company unbanked and financially insecure residents with the knowledge and resources to improve housing, employment, and overall financial health. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting in-person and online financial education workshops, representing BALANCE at community meetings, and working with clients in-person or by phone to help establish a budget, and set goals to meet their financial objectives. This role is based in San Francisco (two days a week) and Oakland (two days a week) and from home one day a week. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited college Excellent interpersonal skills Working knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook Ability to use a client management database. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college One to two years of reputed company experience and/or training (financial services, financial counseling, banking, credit and collection) Experience working with clients from extremely low-income communities Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations (Required after being hired) Must successfully pass and obtain the following certifications reputed company 90 days of employment; Financial Counselor Certification from the National Association of Certified Credit Counselors (NACCC) Money Coach Certificate from BALANCE Location San Francisco reputed company Expected salary : $30 per hour Location : San Francisco, CA Apply Job!
