The phone sales role focuses on reaching out to warm leads to schedule portrait sessions. What personal qualities and experience are we searching for? • Previous experience: 5 years in a SALES role WITH QUOTAS • CALL CENTER/telemarketing/phone sales role required • Be able to get excited on the phone with a WARM personality and an amazing phone voice • Must meet weekly sales quota • Excellent verbal communication with mastery of scarcity and urgency • Strong ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL with the ability to follow systems and procedures • Strong work ethic, dedicated, and time management skills • Organized and tech savvy • The ability to work independently and must be driven & competitive • You must be a strong sales closer • THIS IS A SALES ROLE WITH WEEKLY TARGETS, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE 5 YEARS WITH KPI EXPERIENCE, YOU WILL BE REJECTED* Other requirements include: • Fast Cable Internet reputed company • Dedicated Home Office, computer • 2 monitors suggested • Corded Computer Headset • Must be able to work well with other colleagues • Ability to multitask and remain reputed company under pressure, diffuse clients, especially during peak hours or intense situations Working hours? • Full Time • 40 hours per week • M-F 9am-6pm EST Do we provide training?
