Description:  As an accountant specializing in non-tax accounting at BookSmarts, you'll work with diverse clients seeking financial guidance.  Responsibilities include up to 40 hours of semi-flexible remote work, guiding business owners, providing multi-faceted support from bookkeeping to full accounting.  Work with a skilled team to deliver top-notch accounting services to chronically underserved business owners. Requirements:  Bachelors Degree in Accounting, required.  Proven experience in high-level accounting with a minimum of 2 years' experience in any accounting-reputed company role.  Exceptional knack for attention to detail and precision in financial wizardry.  A maestro with accounting software, reputed company reputed company, and reputed company Suite.  Communication and interpersonal skills that sparkle, with the ability to navigate personal financial discussions.  Self-starter who can take charge and manage time effectively.  Willingness to help team members during busy times.
