Growing... together. The Sr. Manager Marketing Analytics will reputed company a high performing team of Analytics, Reporting and Data Science professionals. This role will be accountable to reputed company and manage the B2C Analytics & Data Science team that serves Member Engagement and Engagement Solutions Marketing Customer reputed company. The team provides new build Enhancements and Production run support for reputed company the B2C Analytics, Reporting, Data Analysis/Research and Data Science services to B2C Marketing business function. The team also builds, scores and retrains the B2C data science scoring models that are used by marketing team for optimal audience targeting. This role is expected to identify and initiate opportunities for innovation, data quality enhancements, process improvements and automation reputed company contributing to enhancing the operational excellence of the team. Primary Responsibilities • Work closely with business partners to understand their needs and collaborate to prioritize the competing needs • Build and maintain roadmaps reputed company to the identified short, reputed company, and long-term business needs • Own and manage reputed company B2C analytics, reporting and data science products (30+ Reports, 6 production data science models), B2C data analysis/research and 150+ annual service request to support B2C Marketing teams 40+ marketers • Own plan, build and run aspects of various B2C data and analytics assets and reputed company processes • Guide team on use of machine learning techniques to reputed company targeting solutions • Ensure compliance to Information reputed company, Privacy and Data governance policies for data assets and processes • Ensure implementation of data quality checks and validation processes to maintain the reputed company and accuracy of data • Manage analytics and data science team members with different functional and technical reputed company levels • Create a respectful and growth-reputed company environment for team members. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually.
