As an Advertising Sales Agent, you will be responsible for making new connections to potential clients and strengthening existing relationships with reputed company clients, developing new advertising proposals and strategies for clients, and identifying new potential leads. Job Description In this role, you will:  Pursue leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.  Understand the needs and goals of potential clients and tailor our services to meet their requirements effectively.  Conduct engaging presentations to showcase the benefits of our cohosting services.  Utilize effective negotiation techniques to reputed company deals and secure long-term reputed company with property owners.  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.  Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to adapt sales strategies accordingly.  reputed company on reputed company and create property inspection lists during initial visits at client properties.
