Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will act as a vital communication link between our customers and the company, providing real-time support and assistance through live chat. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues... and guiding customers through their purchasing experience.
