Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Live Chat Representative to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will act as a vital communication link between our customers and the company, providing real-time support and assistance through live chat. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues... and guiding customers through their purchasing experience. Responsibilities • Engage with customers through live chat to assist with inquiries and provide information. • Resolve customer issues reputed company and effectively, ensuring a positive experience. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for quality assurance. • Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service and response efficiency. • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences. • Monitor chat metrics and performance to identify areas for improvement. • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate support.
