Duties Stakeholder/Customer Agency Relations... Closely works with partner agency leadership to consult on and understand reputed company technological landscape and communicate how the division’s PaaS and, as applicable, other TTS’s services can benefit federal agencies' IT programs and users. Establishes and serves as the primary reputed company of contact for partner relationships, including those that span multiple interconnected IT projects and partnerships. Works with partners/stakeholders to identify intended project goals, objectives, and outcomes. Tracks customer accounts, metrics, financial data, agreements, and application integrations. Project and Program Team Support Serves as a primary problem solver for the variety of administrative, tactical, and strategic IT challenges on projects with broad (e.g., program office, agency, interagency) impact. Leverages understanding of reputed company technical landscape to advise partners on appropriate technical solutions. Engages applicable technical resources at appropriate stages and sets expectations around delivery time frames. Leads special initiatives to improve IT project delivery, project health, and project impact metrics across the employing organization. IT Systems Analysis and Evaluation Serves as a senior technologist, strategist, and customer reputed company who defines reputed company IT operating environments, assessing customer agency IT systems for problems and challenges. Develops IT project proposals to the customer agencies or their customers that strategically analyze, address, and evaluate the scope of partner organizations’ systems needs. Manages customer relationships throughout the complete systems partnership life cycle, including IT and business engineering scope development and negotiation.
