A Fortune 500 Healthcare Client is seeking well-versed and enthusiastic Medical Insurance Customer Service Reps to join their REMOTE TEAM! Any candidate with medical insurance and call center experience is encouraged to apply! Pay: $17/hr. *Weekly Pay plus benefits and reputed company* Schedule: reputed company - 9pm EST, Mon -Fri (8hr shift will be assigned AFTER training between these hours) Start Date: Mid November (Could be sooner based on completion of onboarding process) Benefits: FULLY REMOTE, WEEKLY PAY, EQUIPMENT PROVIDED & MEDICAL BENEFITS FOR YOURSELF & FAMILY!!! Job Details: Â Conduct outbound calls to insurance providers. Â Conduct investigations while updating patient data. Â Use computer skills for data entry. Â Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Â Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient. Requirements: Â Must have experience with medical insurance AND call center experience. Â Must have active internet already installed and the ability to work in a quiet setting. Â Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors. Â Passion and willingness to help others. Â HS Diploma/Equivalent required. Â MUST PICK UP EQUIPMENT IN IRVING, TX!
