About the Role: As an Executive Assistant, you'll provide comprehensive support to our CEO and business operations. This role demands a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Executive Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel. • Communication Management: Handle emails, prioritize inquiries, and manage communications. • Administrative Support: Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records. • Project Management: Assist with projects, ensuring timely completion and strategic planning. • Financial Support: Manage lite AP/AR, process reimbursements, and prepare financial data and reports. • HR Functions: Maintain employee records and assist with payroll and relations. • Technical Proficiency: Master new software systems and demonstrate strong MS Office skills. Qualifications: • Experience: 5+ years as an Executive Assistant or similar role. • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. • Disciplined and able to prioritize effectively: Must be able to demonstrate that they have the disciple and the workspace to effectively work remotely without distractions. • Quick learner: Able to learn new software systems quickly • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills. • Organization: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. • Business Savvy: Understanding of business operations and financial concepts. • Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information. • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
