We are currently seeking a Data Entry Analyst to join our team, focusing on accurate data management and supporting our legal operations with potential for career advancement. Responsibilities • Accurately input and update client and case information into the firm's database. • Verify the accuracy of data before entering it into the system. • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files for easy access and retrieval. • Assist with generating reports and data analysis as required by the legal team. • Collaborate with... attorneys and paralegals to ensure data integrity and consistency. • Manage and prioritize multiple data entry tasks to meet deadlines. • Support the administrative team with additional tasks as needed. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
