Additional education in customer service or communications is a plus. - Personality Traits: - Independent: Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision. - Passionate: Possess a strong desire to help customers and contribute positively to the team. - Soft Skills: - Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze problems, think quickly, and come up with effective solutions. - Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to guide others positively while fostering a collaborative team environment. - Technical Skills: Proficient with reputed company Office Suite and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
