Your Mission: The core mission of the Senior Paid Search/Google Media Buyer is to manage and optimize our client's Google accounts, as well as lead a small Google team. In this role, you will work directly with our Head of Growth - Grayson Cross. KPIs you will achieve: 95% Monthly Google ROAS to Target 95% Monthly Google Spend to Target Key Responsibilities: Scaling Google PPC & Youtube campaigns based on Client North Star Goal Collaborate with Pod Teammates to create a holistic strategy Representing Google on Internal bi-weekly Client Calls Representing Google on External bi-weekly Client Calls Deal Makers: Strategic & Analytical thinker Team Player Great communication skills Creative problem solver Strong understanding of DTC marketplace Deal Breakers: “Me First” vs a “We First” Attitude Inability to take constructive criticism Technical Competencies: 5+ years of Google Media Buying experience Compensation: $75k-96k Join 401k Plan Health Insurance PTO Remote Work Hiring Process Our hiring processes are unusually thorough.
