Your Responsibilities • Become an expert in the Workday Student Records/Advising or Recruiting/ Admissions product(s) • Execute the day-to-day activities on a Workday Student implementation for clients including process design, demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype... systems, package implementation lifecycle support, conversion, testing, and project reviews with customers • Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday • Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions • Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model • Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects • Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices • Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production • Partner with Project Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets • Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively • Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications About you (Required skills) • Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or higher education • Material knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) • Previous experience deploying Student solutions: Workday, Ellucian, Banner, Kuali, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, or similar applications • Higher Education or functional expertise in one or more of the following areas: Recruiting and Admissions, Curriculum Management, Student Records and Registration, Academic Advising • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations • Passion for providing exceptional customer service • Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% About you (Bonus skills) • Previous consulting experience within higher education (college/university) • Workday Student experience For you (What we offer) • Market competitive compensation packages and annual merit program • A remote work environment • One-time home office reimbursement for new hires • Expense allowance per pay period (towards technology, office, and/or wellness) • Investment in your ongoing Workday training • Medical, dental, and vision benefits that begin on day one • HSA, FSA, STD, LTD, and life benefits • Unlimited paid time off. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Alchemy, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
