Job description: Job Description - Overview The Special Event Assistant to the Executive Team helps maintain an efficient and productive office environment. Providing special event support. This is a part-time position located at our corporate offices in Oklahoma City and no relocation assistance is provided. Out of state and freelance work are not available for this position. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: ? Assists by facilitating details given by the Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager ? Conducts research and prepares documents and correspondence ? Maintains event databases, timelines and files ? Conducts vendor and venue research and bookings for special events ? Serves as liaison with vendors on event-reputed company matters ? Helps coordinate special events reputed company ? Performs work-reputed company errands as needed ? Maintains a clean and orderly work station ? Follows reputed company Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (Personal reputed company equipment). ? Adapts to additional duties and tasks ? Contributes to team effort by fulfilling responsibilities with a positive attitude Job Description - Requirements ?
