Description: • Ability and willingness to work with both adolescent (13-17) and adult (18+) clients remotely • Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders • Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week • Engage with and respond to reputed company clients in a timely manner • Complete reputed company required documentation in a timely manner • Test and support Direct to Employer products including new digital EAP • Understand therapist experience on the platform and implement best practices • Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor • Obtain additional professional licensure in state(s) assigned by company • Additional duties as assigned Requirements: • Experience and comfortability treating both adolescents and adults required for this role • Minimum education of Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science • reputed company reputed company licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (LCSW-R), Licensed...
