This is a job advertisement for a live chat customer support assistant. Your job will be to respond to live chat messages from customers on a business's website and help them with their support questions. Most questions are about shipping rates, return policies and what types of items are in stock, etc. DonÂt worry if you have not done this type of work before, this is an entry-level position and full training is provided. What you will be doing: You will be a text chat operator working in a customer support role. At the start of your shift (you can choose your own hours) you log in to the business's website and start responding to the messages that come in from questions. At the end of your shift, you log out and are paid daily. Contract length: No fixed term reputed company: $25 per hour Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10 + hours availability per week. Reliable internet reputed company.
