We are looking for a Sabre Travel Consultant to join American Express Global Business Travel. The ideal candidate must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating meaningful travel experiences for our clients. You will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology and use your expertise to provide clients with the best travel solutions. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent knowledge of Sabre GDS, customer service experience and exceptional problem-solving skills.As our Sabre Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, recommending appropriate travel solutions, and processing bookings. You will need to have the ability to provide accurate information and resolve any issues that may arise. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about travel and who is motivated to help our clients have the best possible experience. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and... professional manner. Recommend appropriate travel solutions based on the customer’s needs and preferences. Process bookings using Sabre GDS. Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, fares, hotels, and other related services. Resolve any customer issues or complaints regarding their travel experience. Work with the latest technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Utilize excellent problem solving skills to identify and address customer needs. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
