Our team of Social Security Disability lawyers and representatives has helped thousands of individuals through the arduous process of obtaining Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Security income (SSI) through the Social Security Administration. As the first point of contact for our company, the Remote Receptionist will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for all claimants and visitors. Legal experience is a plus. Job Responsibilities: • Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner over the phone. • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department or individual. • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, etc. • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Requirements: • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. • Proficiency in Google Workspace. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Reliable internet connection for remote work. • High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience working in a remote or virtual office environment. • Knowledge of virtual phone systems and online scheduling software.
