We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Intern to join our new Product Operations team and gain firsthand experience in the product lifecycle within the exciting world of fintech. You'll work closely with experienced product managers, engineers, and go-to-market teams to bring innovative financial products to life. This is your chance to learn new skills, network with industry professionals, and impact the future of FinTech. If you're organized, excited about FinTech, and ready to make an impact, this role will allow you to learn the ins and outs of product operations while working with some of the best in the fintech industry. Program Details Duration: June 2 – August 8, 2025 Location: Remote Pay: $25.00/hour What you’ll be responsible for: • Create, maintain, and update product documentation, including standard operating procedures, process flows, readiness checklists, and other process documentation. • Gather, analyze, and organize internal product data to enable product teammates to make data-driven decisions. • Assist in planning product and engineering collaborative events. • Support the implementation of product management tools and processes. What you’ll need to have: • Enrolled at an accredited university. • Pursuing a business administration, finance, information technology, data analytics, or marketing degree. • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio). • Ability to work 40 hours per week throughout the duration of the internship program (June 2- August 8, 2025). • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship from Jack Henry. What would be nice for you to have: • Experience or interest in learning how product, engineering, design, and operations fit into the product lifecycle. • A basic understanding of agile methodologies. • A passion and excitement for process improvement. • Ability to showcase and present past and current project work using a data visualization tool during the application process, with the capability to elaborate further during the interview.
