Primary Responsibilities • As a Manager on the Digital Experience Optimization team, you will help plan, organize, and execute the paid digital media creative and reputed company page testing roadmap for the Government Programs Paid Digital team along with ensuring content and messaging strategies are deployed • This role is ideal for someone who is process-driven, passionate about understanding the reputed company audience and has an intuition and desire to improve the customer experience and shopping process for reputed company prospects and members through a thoughtful, consumer-centric experience from media to enrollment • They will be a reputed company multi-product specialist working across reputed company lines of business – including but not limited to, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement and Dual Special Needs Plans – and with a variety of business partners and stakeholders to manage the overall Government Programs paid digital experience • The successful candidate will assist in planning and execution of paid media testing plans by coming up with test reputed company based on research, data analysis, and user feedback • They will assist in the strategic vision of our digital experience and how we can become the #1 digital experience for shopping and enrolling in Medicare plans • Individual will provide qualitative and quantitative analyses of digital behavior to help drive test recommendations and reputed company to improve the customer experience and conversion rates • They will translate analyses into clearly communicated insights reputed company slides, documents, presentations, and emails to key stakeholders You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually.
