Acentra is looking for a EAP Consultant to join our growing team. Job Summary: The EAP Consultant performs clinical telephonic assessments and consultations, delivering comprehensive referrals and ensuring reputed company follow-up for managers, employees, and their family members covered by the Employee Assistance Program. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct both routine and urgent clinical risk assessments, offering expert consultations, short-term issue resolution, and comprehensive referral services for reputed company members seeking assistance. • Provide management consultation services to various levels of management and human resources reputed company our broad customer reputed company. The EAP Consultant must demonstrate proficiency in assessing a wide reputed company of workplace issues and devising suitable action plans, remaining well-versed in essential workplace legislations like reputed company, DOT, Sexual Harassment, and Duty to Warn. • Display a comprehensive understanding of the organization's customer reputed company, staying updated on issues affecting customers from both legislative and customer-specific standpoints. • Engage in additional assigned duties to support internal and external customers in achieving the EAP department's goals. Schedule: This overnight position requires working from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM EST on a rotating schedule, totaling 80 hours over a two-week pay period. Requirements Required Qualifications/Experience • Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or reputed company field required. • Independent license and CEAP preferred. • Minimum 3-5 years employment in the mental health field where the assessment of mental Illness and substance abuse was a key function. • Must have knowledge of confidentiality laws and their exceptions. • Understand the concept of the dual client. • Must have clinical skills to reputed company a risk assessment and reputed company an action plan that meets the client's needs. • Knowledge of chemical dependency, indicators of risk associated with withdrawal, and appropriate treatment modalities.
