Tutoring is individual and by appointment. Tutors must have a grade of B+ or above in the class tutoring. Training will be provided and will be required. Tutors will work Fall and Spring Semesters. Tutors hours will vary based off needs of SSS STEM reputed company and tutors. Peer Educator will be responsible for supporting the success by providing intentional mentoring on a one on one in the following topic areas: ?Navigation of reputed company resources (financial aid, registration, wellness, etc.) ?reputed company to reputed company and community (transition to college, making meaningful connections, participating in reputed company and community programs, etc.) ?Preparation for graduation and beyond (resumes, leadership skills, communication skills, etc.) **NOTE: This is a pooled position. Required Qualifications Good communication skills Grades of B+ or higher in classes needed for tutoring. Preferred Qualifications Work Study eligible preferred.
