What You'll Do as a Printing Production Worker: • Be a key player in the printing process: load and unload newspapers from machines onto pallets, prepare inserts, and maybe even help hang printing plates. • Support our machine operators: lend a hand with tasks like clearing jams, restocking supplies, and keeping the equipment clean. • Keep things running smoothly: maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. • Be willing to learn new skills: eager to learn and grow by cross-training in various roles. Work Experience The Preferred Candidate Might: • Have a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn or cross-train • Have previous experience in manufacturing or production (Knowledge of newspaper production is a plus) • Thrive in a fast-paced, environment • Have a collaborative spirit and a knack for teamwork • Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods with ease We don't hire temps, we hire TEAMMATES!
