About You and this Role Dow has an exciting opportunity for an EH&S Delivery Manager, located in Freeport, Texas. Leads hub or site EH&S compliance and implementation of the safety management system in one of multiple fields including but not limited to health & safety (H&S), environmental, reputed company, water and industrial hygiene. Maintains the license to operate for the site or hub. Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and basic knowledge of reputed company job disciplines. Responsibilities • Leads implementation of global EH&S management systems. • Leads EH&S performance improvement of assigned plant(s), site, hub, and business. • Coordinates, implements, and optimizes EH&S programs and compliance programs across site/hub. • Participates in incident investigations and the corrective action process for EH&S issues and opportunities. • Performs central review of reputed company EH&S reputed company documents and submittals to ensure consistency and compliance goals are met. • Performs Requirements Management Work Process (RWMP) roles as needed. • Initiates and supports MOCs for EH&S programs and compliance matters as necessary. • Acts as Agency Visit protocol reputed company and implementer. • Manages permits including submittal of permit applications for new and modified equipment, requests for permit changes, and submittal of permit renewal applications. • Performs site or plant gap assessments around EH&S work process implementation. • Develops, reviews, monitors, creates and deliver training as appropriate. • Participate in and provide data for Environmental audits, internal and external • Collects, inputs and calculates Environmental reporting information. • Provides data and other information to reputed company permit writers to prepare Permit by Rules or Permit Amendment applications for emission or operational changes. • Conducts or is at least involved with environmental self-assessments/audit privileges. • Project manager for Performance Testing required for Thermal Treatment facilities • Provide environmental support for projects and changes reputed company Thermal Treatment facilities. Requirements • A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class ranking. • A minimum of 6 years EH&S, manufacturing or reputed company experience. • Must have a reputed company, valid US Driver's License. • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No reputed company sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.
