Job Description: Customer Service Representative We at AnswerPro, have been answering calls for over 60 years and our agents have been with us for over 20 years. We are the first impression of the businesses we service. As an Answering Service, we prioritize the customer experience for every interaction we engage. We handle calls for many service-based businesses such as: Lawyers, Doctors, Condominiums, Plumbers as well as many other different industries. We are a people first business! Sometimes, that means helping callers that are not having the best of days. if you are someone that does not crack under pressure, if you can handle occasional stressful scenarios, and still crack a smile for the next happy caller who you help, this is the job for you. We are looking for reliable and dependable people who are customer friendly and are team players. If you can always have a smile and remain calm under pressure (deal w/stressful and irate callers), be patient and empathetic, then we want to meet you. We offer a competitive salary based on experience along with benefits for full time employees. You can also work from home, given that you meet all expectations. As an Answering Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering the phone, greeting callers, establishing reason for call, and resolving issues by dispatching to the appropriate contacts. Responsibilities - Act as a human answering service outside or during business hours for a variety of businesses, including doctor’s offices, hospitals, and other medical fields. - Emergency dispatching - Greet customers warmly via phone, email, or chat. - Monitor alarm systems. - Order entry - Take messages by asking questions according to client’s specifications. - Transfer calls via computer system based on instructions provided by clients. - Schedule, reschedule & cancel appointments for several different industries. Qualifications: - Basic computer proficiency, such as: web-based applications, keyboard functions, etc. - Creative and proactive - Excellent verbal/written communication skills - Experience on the Amtelco platform is a plus. - Flexible personality (Goes with the flow!) - Genuinely Friendly and Compassionate - High School Diploma/Equivalent - Must be able to work 1 weekend day. - Pays high attention to Detail. - Telephone Answering Service/Customer Service a plus. - Type 25 WPM Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Flexible schedule Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Holidays Monday to Friday Night shift Overnight shift Weekends as needed Work Location: Remote Apply Job!
