Description: • TrueML is a mission-driven financial software company aimed at creating better customer experiences. • The Compliance and Data Analyst I ensures regulatory adherence and data analysis for compliance tasks. • The position involves monitoring compliance, conducting audits, identifying risks, and supporting decisions for compliance system effectiveness. Requirements: • Excellent English oral and written communication skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to demonstrate integrity and high ethical standards. • Familiarity with compliance management systems and documenting internal processes. • Ability to be flexible and adaptable, including the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and new management procedures in a fast-paced environment. • Commitment to the position and the company by remaining focused on the company’s mission statement. • Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product; the ability to think... critically and take initiative. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. • Strong interpersonal skills.
