Job Description The Chat Sales Agent establishes new customer relationships reputed company the Chat platform and serves as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate Esurance coverages and products and/or referring them to Esurance partners. Chat agents quote and issue auto, motorcycle, renters and homeowners insurance policies.
