You will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive experience and building long-term relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities • Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. • Provide accurate information regarding our services, including pricing, availability, and project status. • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and answering questions to ensure satisfaction. • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other team members to resolve reputed company inquiries and improve service delivery. • Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. • Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and policies.
