To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Global Account Manager (m/f/d) ideally located in Stuttgart, Germany. Reporting to the Sr. Director Business Development, the Global Account Manager (m/f/d) ro le will be responsible for strategically develop and manage customers by engaging with our internal and external clients to manage and expand current business and develop new opportunities in order to deliver customer value, drive profitability and grow revenue. What a typical day looks like: • Analyze and understand customers' business strategy, future product plans, expansion activities and align Flex resources where mutually beneficial; • Define business priorities through a broad and far vision of market and technology needs, to include initiating and managing business development activities that will strengthen, expand and drive market penetration; • Utilize customer, competitive and market intelligence to develop and implement sales and account penetration strategies for winning new target customers; • Shaping propositions to meet client requirements. The experience we're looking to add to our team: • A completed degree in Engineering, Business, or other equivalent field of study; • Relevant work experience as technical sales professional in the Automotive or OEM business environment with focus on business-to-business, large/strategic customer segments; • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills (interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form); • Excellent English and German verbal and written communication skills, ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on topics to top management; • Ability to travel mostly within Europe ~ 20 %.
