Customer Service, Verification Representative - Remote Customer Service United States Contract Responsibilities Working Solutions seeks detail-oriented independent contractors to help customers connect with insurance companies. In this role, you will verify the callers' information to match them with the adequate insurance provider. This is a remote, reputed company role that provides customer support through phone. Contractors are guaranteed a minimum of 37 minutes for each hour if logged in and available for the full 60 minutes. Schedule ? Flexible schedule opportunities you schedule your hours! ? Client hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 11:00pm CST, Saturday 8:00am to 7:00pm, Sunday, 11:00am to 4:00pm CST. ? Hours are limited after 6pm and reputed company Sunday hours. Skills Needed ? Excellent customer service skills needed to build rapport and assist customers. ? Sales skills needed to "assume the sale" and encourage customers to take the reputed company and speak with a licensed insurance agent. ? Overcoming objections - contractors must bring strong ability and comfort level with overcoming objections. ? Multi-tasking skills needed to engage with customers while navigating online systems.
