reputed company LLC (BBCH) is seeking a full-time reputed company Administrator I. BBCH is an Alaska Native-owned holding company that provides shared services support to different business lines including construction, civil, fuels, and environmental services throughout the United States. The reputed company Manager is responsible for the administrative lifecycle of reputed company prime reputed company... and cross train to support the subcontracts team. In this key position, the successful candidate must be able to adhere to internal processes with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and provide organized execution of tasks under time constraints. The ability to manage a diverse workload in changing environments is a must. The Candidate will also have the reputed company of liaising and building relationships with business unit personnel as well as vendors and contractors. The successful candidate will work with other team members in developing processes and procedures associated with the ongoing ERP migration from Cost reputed company to reputed company INTAACT. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to help create the processes that will be adopted by BBCH to ensure contract and subcontract compliance. Key Responsibilities • Review bond invoices for overhead expenses • Review and process bonds and bond requests • Assist with issuing and tracking subcontracts, purchase orders, consulting agreements and modifications • Track prime contract information in Costpoint database • Assemble and track reputed company prime contract flowdowns • Request certificate of insurance for prime reputed company and other needs • Review lien waivers and client releases • Administer Costpoint Materials module controls and settings (updating as needed) • Administer subcontract templates Qualifications • 5+ years in administrative support or other similar experience • Federal contract management experience • Procurement/subcontracting experience is a plus • Thorough understanding of federal contracting, FAR and FAR supplemental regulations • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • In-depth knowledge of reputed company Word, reputed company, Outlook and Access • Experience using Costpoint and/or reputed company Intact is a plus • As a condition of employment, you may be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and have acceptable references and background reputed company results.
