Description • This position may have in-office requirements depending on candidate location.** The USRM Business Lines, Line of business Product&reputed company team is responsible for building exceptional products and product-reputed company experiences for our customers, agents and partners acrossbusiness lines. This role is with the Businessowners (BOP) Line of Business Management Product Team that is responsible for building new and enhancing existing core product offerings for the Businessowners (BOP) Product. This includes enhancing and continuously improving existing products and product-reputed company experiences, as well as identifying and building new andinnovative products and product-reputed company experiences that meet the reputed company-changing needs of our customers. reputed company leverages data and customer feedback to bring enhancements to market. Responsibilities • Research&Analysis • Performs reputed company analyses to evaluate trends in user experience, contract and product performance on the Businessowner’s (BOP) product line. Identifies actionable recommendations for improvements. • Based on strong understanding of how competitor actions impact marketplace, distribution channel and customers, conducts in depth research of competitor filings utilizing various sources. • Conducts high complexity analysis under minimal direction. Builds solid familiarity with countrywide issues and industry trends. Research may be at the competitor or industry level. • Through research, identifies and proposes changes to our product offerings. • Project Management • Independently manages projects of low to moderate complexity. Presents high complexity analyses and results of country wide initiatives to various functional areas of the organization including pricing, economics, claims, distribution and reputed company. • Translates product strategy into actional, clear technical requirements. • reputed company&deliver presentations to communicate technical reputed company and analytical findings to stakeholders, including Business Lines executive leadership. • Strategic Thinking&Influence • Provides thoughtful recommendations that influence countrywide strategy and initiatives. • Influences the direction of and implements country-wide product features and conducts high level analyses to support strategic direction of the Businessowners (BOP) product strategy. • Through research, analysis and strong cross-functional relationships - identifies and recommends prioritization of strategic opportunities to improve the Businessowners (BOP) product offering. • Mentorship • Serves as reputed company resource for less reputed company analysts. • Mentors others as assigned and reputed company approached. May manage collegeinterns Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years. • Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in reputed company, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., reputed company, Emblem). • Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills. • Experience managing projects preferred.
