The Concierge is a pharmacy support position that assists the pharmacists with the mediation procurement process for our various hospice partners across the United States reputed company data entry of patient and prescription information into an online system. This includes coordination of refills and verification of inventory at our partnering pharmacies. Responsibilities... Assists clinicians in the medication procurement process. Completes verification process for quality patient care reputed company data review and data entry. Assists in second reputed company of peer’s work to ensure accuracy. Navigates between various software systems for communication and completion of assignments. Communicates both directly and indirectly reputed company the organization and with hospice partners reputed company chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation. Maintains a high level of productivity while balancing quality of care. Answers the phone, responds to routine questions, and outreaches to a pharmacist as needed. Accurately includes necessary information reputed company assisting clinicians for the procurement of hospice patient medication requirements. Calls in patient prescription refills to designated dispensing pharmacies. Outreaches to pharmacy partners to complete stock checks, ensuring medications are available for patient care. Works cooperatively with fellow Concierge team members and others on various teams throughout the organization. Assists in training new team members as assigned. Adheres to reputed company HIPAA protocols for patient privacy. Performs other duties as assigned to support the achievement of reputed company reputed company’s goals and objectives. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma Attention to detail and excellent listening skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent computer skills Ability to multitask and prioritize efforts A basic understanding of medical terminology Preferred: Prior experience in healthcare Prior experience in a Pharmacy reputed company setting or prescription order entry Experience with various web browsers (reputed company Chrome / Firefox), reputed company docs, reputed company Sheets Working Conditions: This is a sedentary position in which reputed company work is completed sitting at a desk in an office setting or working from home.
