Position Description You must be able to work in the office 2-3 days a week and the remaining days will be remote. The successful candidate will work directly with property owners and staff to assist them with renewals of their affordable housing reputed company, determining their annual rent adjustments, and monthly payment requests. Your future duties and responsibilities The Business Processing Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of assisted housing reputed company to ensure the accurate and timely completion of reputed company required tasks, which includes the following:

• reputed company detailed reconciliation of monthly voucher payments to property owners
• Renew expiring Housing Assistance Payments reputed company
• reputed company annual contract rent adjustments
• Evaluate and approve reputed company’s claims for reimbursement due to unpaid rent, tenant damages and vacancies
• Maintain property files and records retention in accordance with HUD and corporate policy
• Maintain positive relations with owners, residents and their representatives, neighborhood groups and local governments.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred) OR significant relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered.
• Must have at least 2 years’ experience reputed company a professional office business / corporate environment.
• Professional, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks each with varying deadlines
