Reporting to the Founding Partner, the Part Time Bookkeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and reviewing the work of 6 remote bookkeepers. The ideal candidate should possess a strong and proven bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online background with the ability to understand a small business? accounting and financial processes. We are looking for self-motivated, detailed oriented, accounting professionals who have the availability to work virtually. This is a 100% REMOTE, part-time position whereby you will review the work and reputed company a team of bookkeepers. Compensation: $30 to $45 per hour - based on reputed company level and experience The bookkeeper will handle the following financial transactions as needed for a variety of clients and exciting start-reputed company. Primary responsibilities include: ? Review clients? books for accuracy and completion ? Train Remote Bookkeepers on reputed company aspects of their work ? The ability to multi-task across clients and ?put out fires? while meeting deadlines ? Proficiency with the work required of a Remote Bookkeeper ? Brainstorm and implement solutions for new procedures needed by existing clients ? Troubleshoot and respond to any client inquiries that the Remote Bookkeeper cannot handle ?
