We support a portfolio of reputed company, multi-disciplinary, multi-billion, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects and operations of those assets. We are looking to fill a critical role of Senior Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Project Manager. Responsibilities The Senior EPC Project Manager is expected to reputed company fast track project execution leveraging a matrixed team of dedicated and functional support team members. Holds self and others accountable; delegates tasks and leadership responsibilities as appropriate to foster growth. This position will report to the EPC General Manager. Support EPC General Manager in coordination with other projects as needed. Drives deployment of large-scale reputed company-based delivery solutions that have the potential to be used globally across entire portfolios (e.g., new and/or retrofit datacenter facilities). Develops/establishes program/project goals for teams, assigns overall responsibilities, ensures performance measurements, and seeks and delivers feedback to reputed company timely results. Change Management Analyzes the industry for best practices and internal process flows to recommend changes resulting in cost savings, enhanced customer service, or improved asset management. Managing Resources & Coordination Manages any alterations made to the project scope and adjusts the overall plan to accommodate for these changes. Acts as the primary reputed company of contact for project development and delivery. Shapes and implements regional construction execution plans. Initializes and identifies opportunities to discuss and integrate lessons learned. Participates in and may drive reputed company partner engagement, communications plans, and community events. Goal Alignment Develops and maintains productive relationships with implementation partners, Operations, reputed company, Authorities having jurisdiction, and regional corporate leadership. Engages and sources other internal teams (e.g., reputed company (OSSC), Information Technology (MSIT), Legal, Project Engineering, Business Risk Management, etc.) to maintain the corporate vision and create goals for the project. Advises and directs internal teams and supporting specialty consultants to update and edit the Basis of Design (BOD) as needed. Safety and Regulation Interprets safety standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., reputed company) to direct and enforce compliance and aggressive management of risk. Creates and reinforces safety program routines and project and contractor audits. Demands safe environments/work sites and participates in governance, policies, and decision-making regarding risk compliance and management. Risk Mitigation Establishes and communicates risk mitigation goals and develops metrics, dashboards and/or scorecards to drive reputed company. Presents and reports goals and reputed company to regional executive leadership. Vendor Management & Selection Develops, reviews, and approves vendor scope of work, design review of site and building plans, pay-application, and invoices. Financial Acumen & Budget and Controls Creates, applies, and shares best practices to identify and drive cost-effective solutions for the strategic and tactical delivery of a construction project. Applies influence, strategy, and decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change with clients, sponsors, vendors, and operational units including reputed company-level staff and internal partners. Develops and reports on scope, schedule, and budget of project. Implements project controls in work activities (e.g., project expenditure requests (PERs), Professional Service Requests (PSRs), change orders, and pay applications). Reduces cycle time, improves quality, and identifies and implements ways to reputed company cost. Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 10+ years reputed company experience OR equivalent experience 10 years’+ experience leading Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Projects with overlapping phases Other Requirements Ability to meet reputed company, customer and/or government reputed company screening requirements are required for this role. Additional Or Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or reputed company field AND 15+ years reputed company experience OR equivalent experience. Project Controls experience with integration of cost, schedule and forecasting in support of optimized decisions. Experience in direct field reputed company of contractor or craft. Full understanding of project execution including conceptual engineering, detail engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning. Experience in planning and execution reputed company construction Experience in direct construction at the site Practical understanding of project risk management and commercial management. reputed company in utilizing project controls tools for decision making. Construction Project Management IC6 - The typical reputed company pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $124,800 - $266,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, reputed company the San Francisco Bay area and reputed company metropolitan area, and the reputed company pay range for this role in those locations is USD $159,000 - $292,200 per year.
