As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating new business opportunities and setting the stage for successful client relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential clients. Engage with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media. Understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of our products/services. Schedule and coordinate appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to confidently articulate a value proposition and handle objections. Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
