This is also a contract position of at least 7 months duration - there will be opportunities to be brought on permanently based on performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who has gotten a fair bit of call center and customer service experience under their belt, and is looking to make a career shift! You'll really enjoy everything this place has to offer! Qualifications What will make you successful:  2-3 years of call centre experience  Capable of working in a fast paced environment  Self starter, takes initiative  Professional demeanor  Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills  Capable of following step by step processes  Must be a team player List of job requirements. Responsibilities What you'll do here  Receive calls and emails from clients and assist them with various inquiries  Troubleshoot/diagnose and problem solve potential issues remotely  Provide direction and information to clients to resolve the issue  Document any issues for future review purposes  Schedule technicians for onsite support  Complete work orders  Adhere to company policies and procedures to meet customer satisfaction standards Apply Job!Â
