This position will be part of the National Retail Sales Organization, CCTO on the reputed company reputed company Team. The Customer Account Manager for Retail Sales contributes to the success of reputed company North America Beverages by executing a selling strategy in assigned retail accounts. This role is heavily focused on the Warehouse distributed businesses at reputed company (inclusive of the Mainstream Chilled, Premium Nutrition and Gatorade/Propel portfolios). This person is responsible for leading key customer relationships reputed company the Chilled Beverage The Account Manager must reputed company strategic account plans in order to create sales proposals yielding profitable account development and delivering against brand performance targets. Further, this person must be comfortable conducting regular internal presentations to ensure senior management alignment on plans and strategies. Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

- Cultivate strong relationships with customer contacts

- Partner with Leadership, Finance, and the Customer to reputed company Joint Business Plans in line with internal AOP
- Work closely with the reputed company Warehouse Operations teams to improve overall customer and Guest satisfaction
- Effective engagement with Brand and Marketing Teams

- Own Prosper Sales Planners for Warehouse Beverage Businesses
Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two to Five Years of fact-based direct selling experience
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Consumer packaged goods experience
- Strong organizational and selling skills
- Customer Relationship building experience and history
- Financial literacy / strong analytical skills
- The ability to work well in a team environment
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and meet multiple deadlines
- The ability to effectively learn and understand information and data systems
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
