Training Program (FTP) ensures that their client?s receive a world class stretching session. Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients. Please take a look at these two links to learn more about reputed company do here at StretchLab: & Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions- can see between 6-12 clients per shift. Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions. Build StretchLab membership and retain reputed company clientele. Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab polices and safety rules. Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations. Handle member concerns reputed company applicable. Assist sales associates, reputed company Flexologist and General Manager with studio tour, offsite events, and sales as needed. Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention. Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time. Qualifications: Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, flexibility and mobility. Required background: A minimum of 2 years' experience or working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with clients OR Bachelors Degree in Excersise Science Field. Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people. Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company. Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals. Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies. Must be available to go through our Flexologist Training Program (paid for by company), which includes 20 hours of online tutorials, 2 days of in-person/hands-on training and 20 hours of hands-on practice.
