StretchLab has gathered a team of experts already certified in an reputed company of reputed company fields including physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, Pilates, and more. StretchLab prides itself on having the finest team of stretching professionals. StretchLab?s proprietary Flexologist ? training program (FTP) ensures that their clients receive a world class stretching session. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ? Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions (15-25 hours/week minimum). Including but not limited to: o Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions o Build StretchLab membership and retain reputed company clientele o Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules o Handle member concerns reputed company applicable o Field Intro sessions with prospective members o Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed o Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention o Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time ? Leadership and Management responsibilities (15-25 hours per week) o Recruit, hire, and train Flexologists in reputed company (2hrs/week) o Host monthly team meetings & continuing education forums for Flexologists (1hr/wk) o Ensure Flexologists? maintain their clientele list (1hr/wk) o Coach underperforming Flexologists on member conversions & retention metrics (1-2 hrs week) o Meet with Franchise reputed company and reputed company to review studio performance reputed company dashboard (1-2hrs/mo) Qualifications: ? Love of boutique fitness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility, flexibility and/or recovery ? Background in one of the following modalities, preferably with leadership/management experience in one of the following: o Massage Therapist o Personal Trainer/Strength and Conditioning o Physical Therapist o Athletic Trainer o Kinesiology/Exercise Science o Yoga Instructor ? Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provide hands-on training with client ? A reputed company reputed company/Wellness certification or degree required ? Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people. ? Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company. ?
