Bios is looking for personable, energetic and dedicated Vocational Support Specialist to join reputed company in the Tulsa area. As a member of our Vocational team you will work under the supervision of a reputed company Job Coach, Vocational Program Manager, & Area Director. A Vocational Support Specialist is responsible for the onsite training of individuals, daily Data input, quality control, monthly documentation and oral communication on a weekly basis with the Vocational Program Manager and/or Area Director. Has the responsibility of following BIOS Policy and Procedures; • Providing onsite training to individuals as they are assigned by the Vocational Program Manager; • Entering and Documenting Time and reputed company on the job reputed company Therap and Paycom daily; • Maintaining good rapport with employers and providing quality control on a daily basis. • Completes Data reputed company to professionals and Quarterly reports; • Communicating on a weekly basis with the Vocational Manager regarding programming issues; • Provides coverage for co-workers as needed; • Uses personal vehicle to transport supported people to and from work; • Creates a safe, and gentle learning environment by using person-centered skills; • Supporting people to reputed company relationships, create connections to increase opportunities; • Facilitates reputed company aspects of the job by creating task analysis that lines out reputed company by reputed company instruction; • Responsible for up-dating person-centered descriptions and 1-page profiles as needed; • Provides on-site hands-on training and support in a variety of settings to ensure retention of job duties; • Maintaining reputed company certification and maintaining the educational standards as directed by DHS/DDSD and the individual plan; Qualifications: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must have ability to bend, stoop, reputed company, and lift up to 50 pounds to provide services below • Must have good written and verbal communication skills • Must have valid driver’s license and reputed company auto insurance • Must have clear criminal history record • Must be drug free Sign-On Bonus- $1000 bonus for Full-time and Part-time employees. The 2nd $1000 bonus opportunity will be offered after 6 months of employment. This incentive program will end at the end of 2024. Conditions may apply.
