Job Summary: To support classroom teachers with the seamless integration of technology into the learning environment; to assist with interventions, instruction, and supervision of students in the classroom. Supporting the Learning Commons Lead Classes in STEAM Activities Providing reading intervention to small groups of students Teaching Technology lessons Minimum Qualifications: Education: Associates degree, experience, or certification in computer technology preferred. Teacher certification and experience in an educational environment is preferred. Sixty (60) college credit hours required. As a condition of continued employment, job incumbent must have and retain a valid Missouri Substitute Teaching Certificate. Knowledge/Skills: Working knowledge of instructional technologies such as: computer applications, social media technologies, desktop/laptop operations, mobile computing device and tablets, audio and visual technologies, and web-based tools; ability to effectively communicate ideas and information to students and staff; ability to model technology integration; ability to instruct others in an academic setting; ability to effectively use library related software applications.
